Common questions

Does DoseArc provide medical advice?

No. DoseArc is for personal tracking and journaling only. It does not provide diagnosis, dosing recommendations, or treatment decisions. Always follow guidance from your clinician or pharmacist.

Where is my data stored?

DoseArc is designed to keep medication tracking data on your device. If Apple system services such as iCloud backup or sync are enabled, Apple may handle data according to your device and iCloud settings.

Can I request deletion of my data?

DoseArc does not require an account. You can delete app data from within the app where available, or remove the app and its data from your device using iOS settings.
